Role overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring production professional to learn and grow within the industry. Bloomsbury publishes a prestigious international list of trade and specialist fiction and non-fiction titles. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working individual with a particular interest in print production to join our busy Adult Production team.
Responsibilities
- Costing and processing mainly colour and some mono reprints
- Processing some colour frontlist and some POD
- Providing administrative support to the team
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proven IT skills (knowledge of Word and Excel essential)
- A keen eye for detail
- Some production experience on either mono or colour books

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: £28,000 pa
- Working Pattern: Hybrid working pattern of 2 days office based / 3 days home based (or fully office based if preferred). Allocated office days are Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Holidays: 25 days holiday, 3.5 days Christmas company holiday.
