Contributing to the creative development for established series

Staying curious and up to date with design trends in publishing and beyond, bringing references and ideas into the team

Assisting the Art-Directors on their projects and tasks

Supporting the design team across with ad-hoc tasks

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a talented, motivated and eager-to-learn designer to join the Little, Brown Design team. Somebody whose portfolio shows creative potential and a passion for book design whilst also having an interest in how design connects with different audiences.

A good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is essential and an understanding of print production techniques if preferred.

You’ll be comfortable working in a team and sharing your work, also collaborating and communicating with colleagues in editorial and other departments across the company. We’d love a strong grasp of typography and see you take pride in your attention to detail. You will be able to multitask and embrace changes in priority.
