Job Description
We have a vacancy for a Foreign Rights Assistant to join the Little Tiger’s Rights team, working with colleagues in the fulfilment of customer orders.
The job will involve liaising with international customers and the production department ensuring all co-editions are printed and delivered smoothly and on time.
You will also be expected to provide general support to the department for the preparation of book fairs and follow-up. Great attention to detail is a must, as well as the ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate will be flexible and have excellent communications skills.
Previous experience in Rights is preferred however we will consider all applications.
Fulfilment: sending co-edition files, making sure translation files are back on time, liaising between internal departments, design/production and customers, follow-up schedules and payments are made on time and according to contract terms
General admin support: sending submission material and letters/contracts/requesting tax forms, preparing for book fairs, organising business trips, and keeping accurate and up-to-date records
Database: General use – updating records, running reports, requesting invoicing, and tracking payments
Good working knowledge of BiblioSuite, MS Office, InDesign, professional Adobe/PDF reader would be a distinct advantage
Knowledge of one or two foreign languages would be preferred, though not necessary
We are a busy sales team – an open and a can-do attitude is essential.

This is a full-time role based in our office in Fulham. We operate hybrid working with a minimum of three days a week in the office and up to two days a week working from home.
